Welcome to our blog! Today we interviewed Mattias Dahlgren, a 29 year-old Swedish Painter.

Mattias lives with his girlfriend and his 1 year old daughter. At the time of writing, he has lost about 30kg (66 lbs) in 30 weeks. 

”What the f*ck am I doing? I want to be able to play with my daughter without getting tired after 5 minutes."

Tell us a little about your weight transformation. Why did you decide to do this?

What made me start with my weight loss was when I realized ”What the f*ck am I doing? I want to be able to play with my daughter without getting tired after 5 minutes."

How did you get started? 

"I use Boxbollen as my cardio training and at the same time I improve my body control and reflexes, it is perfect!"

• Set up clear goals, 
• Believe that you can do it otherwise it will be difficult

Sergio Ramos is my only inspiration He is a warrior!

What does the future look like? 

I have a few kilos left, then I want to build some muscles, feel good and maintain this lifestyle.
